So many of you have contacted me saying how much the Let Go Let God mantra has created so many opportunities. We all need the practice. Lets do more today. More letting go. This also teaches us to be sweet with ourselves, loving OurSelves.
Work out our mind like we work out at the gym
Just got back from yoga and tried to do with each breath while on the mat. My mind wandered to – looking at this ones perfectly matching LuLuLemon must have outfit – to that one in perfect forearm stand pose – to what I need to do later today – to why don’t I crave more vegetables – and each time checking myself and bring it back to the breath back to:
So today, let’s do it when we’re eating, smoking a cigarette, or when we’re simply watching our children worried for the hurdles life will bring them.
Now believe it and do it with a smile.
The best part about meditation is that we can do it anywhere. Whether in the serenity of our homes, on the train, bus, cab, yoga mat, in the shower, and in the rain! However, while operating heavy machinery, meditation is strongly ill-advised. It’s said we breathe 20,000 times a day — SO many opportunities to send out love, peace, and inspiration.
Just close your eyes and focus on the space between your eye brows, your third-eye and the window to your imagination and INHALE Let, EXHALE Go. Rinse, Breathe, Repeat (no matter where you may be).
