The 3 Golden Rules:

Get Up – like wake up!

Dress Up – look your part, harder for us to not feel good inside when we’re looking fabulous on the outside.

Show Up – do your work and then let it go.

The rest is not up to us.

So today (and everyday) lets live fearlessly.

We have an average of 20,000 breaths today, so that many opportunities to flip the script.

Here’s a chant to remove fear and nervousness (excerpt taken from A Woman’s Book of Meditation by Hari Kaur Khalsa)

Chanting Ong to remove Fear.  Ong is the sound of unity, creates harmony in our physiology and our thinking, thus removing fear from our mind and body.  You can sit in a comfortable meditative posture (we can do this while at work, driving in the car, or with a newborn) and chant the mantra.

Long deep inhalation

Chant ONG!

Feel the vibration in your skull and nasal cavities

Inhale deeply and exhale – you can take several breaths in between chanting the mantra.

I will do this with you today as I do everyday.  Be sure to pass this onto those you love and more importantly, those you need to love more.

The best part about  meditation is that we can do it anywhere.   Whether in the serenity of  our homes, on the train, bus, cab, yoga mat, in the shower, and in the rain! However, while operating heavy machinery, meditation is strongly ill-advised. It’s said we breathe 20,000 times a day — SO many opportunities to send out love, peace, and inspiration.

Just close your eyes and focus on the space between your eye brows, your third-eye and the window to your imagination and INHALE I Am, EXHALE Fearless. Rinse, Breathe, Repeat (no matter where you may be).

Laughing is Contagious, it Starts with You.
With Prem, Parvati
